Scratch Perry-Central Park-July 19-2009

Legendary Lee 'Scratch' Perry doing his thing with the Sub Atomic Sound System in Central Park as part of their Summer Concert Series.  This was the first time seeing the Upsetter in action as he performed his style of music to a packed crowd.
